Shipping Options and Rates
All shipping options and rates are calculated at check out. If you have any questions about our shipping process, please send us an email at thesunflowerboutique.co@outlook.com.
Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 5-14 business days. However, some orders might process faster depending on inventory. Check the banner on our website for our current estimated processing time. If there is an issue or delay with your processing time, we will email you. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday. We do not count weekends as part of our processing time.
Pre-Order Shipping
If you place an order for a product that says "pre-order" then those items do not follow our standard shipping/processing time. These are specialty products and will have the rough TAT on the product listing. If you place an order and you order ready to ship items AND a pre order item your order will not ship until the pre order item is ready to ship. So, please pay close attention to this!
Changes to Delivery Address After Order is Processed
Once you place your order delivery addresses cannot be changed. However, please send us an email if there is an issue with the delivery address you listed, and we can see what can be done. Occasionally, we will notice an issue with delivery addresses and will contact you with questions or concerns. Please double check your delivery address before placing your order.
International Orders
Currently, we do not ship internationally and only accept US orders. We hope to in the future though.
