Our $30 Mystery Bundle is a great option for anyone who cannot decide what to get. $30 Mystery Bundles could receive a mixture of any the following:

If there is a certain item you would prefer not to receive, please leave us a note at checkout and we can try to honor that request. However, not all requests can be honored. Please note $30 mystery bundles will not include all of the items listed above. The items listed above are just what could be included. However, most bundles will at least include 1-2 items and all bundles are at least equal to $30.

Please note that mystery bundles can include anything from our store including discontinued products, holiday products, and religious products.

    Shipping Options and Rates

    All shipping options and rates are calculated at check out. If you have any questions about our shipping process, please send us an email at thesunflowerboutique.co@outlook.com. 

     

    Shipping Processing Time

    All orders will be processed within 5-14 business days. However, some orders might process faster depending on inventory. If there is an issue or delay with your processing time, we will email you. 

     

    Changes to Delivery Address After Order is Processed 

    Once you place your order delivery addresses cannot be changed. However, please send us an email if there is an issue with the delivery address you listed, and we can see what can be done. Occasionally, we will notice an issue with delivery addresses and will contact you with questions or concerns. 

    International Orders 

    We do ship internationally but there might be additional fees. We are unable to calculate the additional fees until you input your information at checkout. So, please take into consideration the shipping costs for international orders. Please note all international orders will receive freebies to help compensate for shipping prices.

  • Returns

    Returns 

    We do not accept returns on any orders. All purchases are final sale! 

    However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we can work together to resolve the issue. You’ll need proof of purchase (order #, confirmation email, and receipt) to be eligible for this.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, you will have 14 days after your order has been delivered to email/ contact us about any issues. After the 14-day period has passed, we will not accept any claims for damaged goods/issues with orders. 

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    We do not accept returns, however, is there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will work together to come up with a solution to the issue. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards either. 

    Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. 

    Refunds

    Refunds will only be issued in extreme cases (ex. very damaged package with photo proof and packages that have not been delivered and it's been over 30 days for these cases we will always go by what is shown on USPS or UPS tracking so if it says delivered on tracking then we will not issue a refund). All extreme cases that could qualify for a refund will need order #'s, confirmation email, and proof of purchase (receipt). If you do not have any of these then we cannot issue a refund even if your case qualifies.
